Our personal favourite way to reconnect and spark some much needed joy goes a little something like this...

Step 1- Run a warm bath full of Detox Soak which will flood your body with feel-good sensations to perk you up both mentally and physically. Radiance Mask ♥️ Step 1: Add a scoop of Radi

Radiance Mask ♥️

Step 1: Add a scoop of Radiance Mask to a bowl, and mix with your choice of water, tea or toner - add Manuka honey for an extra boost.

Step 2: Mix well into a paste, and apply to your face with a brush or your fingers.

Mindful rituals for skin and soul.

The past few months have forced us to slow down and brought fundamental changes to the way we live our lives. With a somewhat unfamiliar path ahead I truly believe this is the time to invite reassuring rituals to support our physical and emotional wellbeing.

I’m experiencing moments of anxiety, stress and fear just like you are and moments of calm and reassurance have never been so valuable. Our bespoke meditations are designed to be listened to during these daily skincare rituals that we all love. Allowing you to refocus and breath in a deeper sense of calm. Being present and mindful in this moment can help to alleviate stress, improve your sleep quality and enhance your overall wellbeing, which altogether makes for happier skin.

My ambition is for you to be able to create intentional skincare rituals everyday.
Using the acts of cleansing, applying facial oil or soaking in the bath as an opportunity to check in, slow down and quieten the mind.

Although we’ve been working on this project for over a year it’s seems the timing of these meditations couldn’t be better and I am so excited to finally share these with you.

I hope series 1 will be a real source of comfort to you and I can’t wait for you to hear them.
