Join Helena Live for a balancing, grounding Libra Full Moon Meditation.
Helena teaches playful Vinyasa flow classes, nourishing Yin sequences & holds monthly women’s circles. She's passionate about weaving body, soul and heart together in every teaching. Having previously taught in Melbourne and Los Angeles, she is now based in Bristol full time.
After graduating from art school in 2014, she travelled to India to undertake her first teacher training, a 200hr Ashtanga Vinyasa in Goa. In 2016 she joined Meghan Currie in Bali for her 200hr “exquisite metamorphosis” programme. Combining the authentic, raw feeling evoked by Currie and the physicality of her first training, her teaching deepened as she began to cultivate practices that rise from the heart. In 2019 she became a 500hr certified teacher with Mel Cooper at Bristol School of Yoga, learning how to intertwine physical and subtle anatomy during a Yin Intensive.

Maudie truly believes in holistic health; by using multiple therapies, both Western and Eastern, one can achieve true wellness - the key is in the integration of the modalities.
Maudie feels that acupuncture is not a belief system, but a practical approach to releasing old traumas, healing old wounds and nourishing the many aspects of health, on multiple levels. Using the medium of needling, palpation and strong intention, Maudie is able to access and treat each individual according to what they need. Maudie uses multiple tools such as needling, Moxa, Gua-Sha and Cupping.

Join Liddy for a muladhara (root) chakra flowing yoga practice.
Liddy came to the practice of Yoga in 2012 at a time where she was seeking tools to help navigate the often fast flowing waters of life. Asana (posture) practice provided her with a physical space to work through her emotions, whilst being guided by her breath and gaining mental clarity off the mat. Steadily, she began to delve into the teachings, philosophies and practices of this ancient system of liberation and using it as a means to make sense of our inner and outer worlds.
Since then she have cultivated a devoted personal practice whilst living and travelling around the world, and has been fortunate enough to have practiced in many beautiful shalas with many spirited teachers. She teaches Yoga as a tool for self-inquiry, drawing on the beauty of moving meditation and heart-centred philosophy, to enable us to recognise the divine in all beings.

Erika is a continual student of Somatic movement, meditation and energy work which naturally aid her ability to hold space for all practitioners to deepen their experience. Erika's holistic approach to teaching interweaves a breath-led practice with creative sequencing and alignment so a natural flow is found in both body and mind.
Erika trained in Raja Dhiraja Yoga with Ganga Devi, Vinyasa Yoga with Mollie Morris, Yin Yoga with Sarah Lo, Pilates with STOTT and AiM movement with Gary Ward.

Her personal practice has become her medicine and greatest love, helping to navigate through and be present with life’s many ups and downs. It has taught her to connect more honestly with herself and others, tuning into an innate inner wisdom.
